Etapa 1 <br />
Creación de Usuario en Plataforma Firmagob y Solciitud de Firma Electronica<br />
1. Solicitar a Informática de la municipalidad crear al usuario en el sistema FIRMAGOB.<br />
2. Ingresar a este link : https://firma.digital.gob.cl/ (CON CLAVE ÚNICA)<br />
3. Pinchar en opción "mis certificados" Pinchar el Botón “Nueva Solicitud+” y agregar a información de tu firma (propósito Desatendido y propósito General) y número telefónico.<br />
4. Pinchar en opción "mis certificados" e Ingresar a la “pestaña pendientes” y agregar la información de tu número telefónico y luego en aceptar.<br />
5. Pinchar Botón Verde "Solicitar Certificado Digital" <br />

Etapa 2 <br />
Validación de ministro de Fe<br />
Luego de solicitado el certificado de firma, esta solicitud y el certificado deben ser Validados por el ministro de Fe de la Municipalidad, que para estos efectos es el señor Secretario Municipal y su Subrogante Director de Asesoría Jurídica.<br />
Una vez que el ministro de Fe certifique la firma, el usuario solicitante recibirá una notificación vía correo electrónico .<br />

Etapa 3<br />
Habilitación de Firma Electrónica para su uso en sistemas de información Municipales .<br />
1. Ingresar al link : https://firma.digital.gob.cl/ (CON CLAVE ÚNICA)<br />
2. Pinchar en opción "mis certificados", revisar la Viñeta” Disponibles”, ahí debe aparecer el certificado que esté aprobado por el ministro de Fe.<br />
3. Pinchar en opción "Permisos de Certificados Desatendidos” –<br />
i. Pinchar en Viñeta “Deshabilitados”<br />
ii. Buscar Firma documentos Peñaflor<br />
iii. Pinchar Botón verde que dice “Habilitar” y aceptar.<br />
4. Informar a Informática que el proceso está completo.<br />

Una vez que los pasos anteriores estén correctamente terminados, la dirección de informática procederá a habilitar el sistema que permite firmar documentos de manera electrónica.</div>
